I need help with a scratched internal door and a stained wall before moving out. Please inspect both in person first, particularly the wall, to assess whether the stains can be cleaned off or whether stain treatment and repainting are needed. The door has scratches and chipped paint that need assessment for repair and repainting. Photos attached. Please advise on the work required and provide a quote, including materials, before starting. We have 7 external decks that require the fencing, spindles, posts, etc. to be re-stained using an oil-based stain. The site must be kept clean and tidy throughout the works, and all work must be completed to a high standard. Care must be taken to avoid any spills, drips, splashes or staining to surrounding surfaces, including the decking. Any areas affected by the works must be cleaned and left in a neat and satisfactory condition.

A small section of a wall has a smoke stain from a large flame candle. I have recently moved out so require it to be cleaned / painted over to ensure I get my deposit back. To be completed this Saturday

Have a 1 bedroom furnished flat on 4th floor, next to Russell Square station. 4th floor, no lift, just stairs. I’d like floor staining or painting to be done if possible to match bedroom shown below. Staining not supplied. The floor is pine wood and has tiles. Design is Victorian. The colour I want is the flooring of the bedroom, shown in the pics.

I need a small ceiling repair completed at an office. There is currently an open access hole in the plasterboard ceiling, as shown in the attached photo. Ceiling opening is approximately 450 mm × 450 mm. I would like: * A metal access hatch/panel supplied and installed over the existing opening. * The hatch must be hinged/openable and closable, with a simple secure latch. * Ideally a neat, flush-fitting white metal access panel suitable for a commercial office ceiling. * Any minor making-good around the opening required for the hatch installation. * The existing water staining/discolouration around the opening and surrounding ceiling to be prepared and repainted. * Stained areas should ideally be treated with a stain-blocking primer first so the marks do not come back through the new paint. * Ceiling paint to be matched as closely as reasonably possible to the existing white finish. * All materials, labour and clean-up included. The source of the previous water staining is being dealt with separately - this task is for the access hatch installation and cosmetic ceiling repair/painting only. I’m looking for someone experienced with vinyl/contact paper wrapping to wrap all 4 cabinets shown in the photos in a stainless steel look. I attempted to wrap one of the cabinets myself, as shown in the photos, but I’m not happy with the result. The contact paper I have already applied will need to be removed and redone. I’m looking for a clean and professional finish, particularly around the edges, corners and doors, with no bubbles or obvious seams.
