I have three small areas with water stains (residue from a leak that is now fully fixed and dry) in a spare room. I am turning this room into a studio and need the stains professionally treated so they don't bleed through my new paint. Task involves: Cleaning the residue/tide marks. Sanding back any flaking paint or rough plaster. Applying a professional-grade stain-blocking primer (e.g., Zinsser B-I-N or equivalent). Ensuring the surface is smooth and ready for me to apply the topcoat of emulsion myself. Please bring your own ladder and stain-blocking materials. I will handle the final painting once you are finished.

I have a 6 seater dining table that can allow for 10 seats in total when extended. The original wooden planks that slot into the middle of the table when extended are missing. I therefore need someone to please measure out the planks required to slot them into the table.
