Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.
Really helpful and honest! Came out quickly, looked at my washing machine and explained clearly that the issue was actually with the way the drainage pipe was setup etc and not the machine itself.
