Washing machine is Indesit XWA 81682. Needs urgent repair. It fills and drains, but the drum doesn’t spin. The belt appears to be snapped or off-track, and the motor may have detached slightly. Please open the machine, refit or replace the drive belt, reattach the motor if needed, and test the spin cycle. Keybox access available. Guest is on-site, so clean and quiet work is important. Please confirm your availability, call-out/labour cost, and whether you can bring a replacement belt (likely 1225 J5 or 1233 J5).
