Remove 2 small rads and replace with 1 vertical. Fit new washer and eletric oven. Replace integrated dishwasher with free standing. Repair/fill holes behind kitchen units before fitting the above to prevent the draughts. A small area of kitchen worktop needs a support adding to stop movement. Ive added some photos to help.
