David was wonderful. He is a very honest and competent guy who we will definitely work with again. In addition to looking at our microwave, which was the initial task, David gladly also fixed a lamp that had broken and changed the transformer on our overhead spotlights (after diagnosing the issue). Fix microwave - fuse might have gone?

Norman fixed my aunt's microwave, was puntual, polite and courteous throughout. He ordered a new part too. After completing his job he then researched the make of the microwave, found the manual and explained why the settings were on Eco mode. The microwave fixing took time but he never rushed. Norman kept in touch with me throughout. He went above and beyond just fixing the job. This is the first time using Airtasker and will definately be using them again. Will be highly recommending Norman to family and friends. Only wish we had found him sooner! Thank you SO much Norman. I will be leaving Norman a tip.
