Back verandah mesh needs tacking in and quick fix in some places to stop mice getting in

The exposed underside of the roof will need batons and then sheeting. The front will need some form of fascia to dress it up. The photos of the house next door’s verandah gives an example

We have some new batwing for doors for the top of our external stairs. We need them and their hardware installed. I have selected a rim lock with knob, cabin hooks, and panic bolt. I picked a rim lock because it is much easier to install than mortise locks so please take that into consideration when quoting.

Enclose an area of a verandah with weatherproof board. The dimensions are a few meters by a few meters and height of approx 180cm. The quote needs to include measurement and a trip to Bunnings Newstead (15 mins away). The area will be used for temporary storage and it can be a very basic job. There are only two sides that need to be inclosed, the other two sides are part of the house. Please see attached photos. The weatherproof boards will need to be painted first with paint supplied by poster. There is a triangle area at the top of one of the sides that need to be covered with mesh attached to the ceiling and the inside of one side. This mesh will need to be purchased from Bunnings and included in the offer price. It doesn't have to be perfect, this is a job for someone that is handy and can get things done. Poster has basic tools and Bunnings can cut the weatherboard panels to size. However the job is better suited to someone that has a set of basic tools for this type of task.

I need a qualified carpenter or builder to assess and repair a main structural beam on my verandah at a Queenslander home. The beam appears to be deteriorating (possible cracking - see photos). looking for a handyman/ carpenter to fix wood rot on from and back deck

Paint underside of front verandah on house. 2 X Coats. Approximately 2.1m X 8.5m (18m²) in Monument colour. Paint sub battens in Lexicon 1/2. Paint provided. Brushes not provided.

Verandah has been grinded to remove carpet glue. The bedroom downstairs has also been grinded to remove glue. There is an area where the concrete isn't quite level in the bedroom. The one tile repair is at the back door, it is missing a half tile.

Remove timber and replace 10 x 3 front verandah low set cottage.

We would like our front and rear upstairs verandahs sanded and stained, each one is 16sqm (2m x 8m). They are in pretty good condition and need to be sanded and have a couple of coats of Intergrain natural stain. I can supply the Intergrain stain.

We require our timber stairs, including the balastrades and slats, re-painting (two colours). No priming or sanding required. We have the paint.

Need a timber verandah post replaced and some carport alum slat screening in 2 bays approx 600 deep x 2.6m

Repair or replace either or both of the two timber units, post and or that part of the balustrade - not sure if and what can be fixed or needs replacing altogether. Scott of work is provide advise. Time, effort and tools required for job. Anything need replacing I will reimburse separately. Cheers
