Find a professional verandah installer in QLD

There is water leaking into the front of house enclosed verandah. The house is tiled roof and the verandah is metal roof. A few months ago I got the screws in the metal roof sealed thinking that was the problem, but there's still a strong leak. I'm looking for a licenced tradie to inspect the leaks from the roof and get this fixed.

Hi! Looking for a painter to freshen up our outdoor tiled verandah. We would like the existing floor tiles painted a light warm beige colour, ideally Dulux Beige Royal Quarter, or as close as possible. The tiles will need to be properly cleaned and prepped, primed and then painted using a durable outdoor floor coating suitable for the existing tiles, with a non-slip finish as the area is near the pool. We need everything supplied please, including paint, primer, prep products, materials and all equipment required to complete the job. Photos attached showing the original/current area, as well as an AI mock-up showing roughly the colour and finished look we are wanting.

Two pieces of colorbond ridge capping were blow off in a storm. They are in good condition and can be replaced. They need to be re-screwed back on with weatherproof washers, then sealed with silicone. The capping is from the middle of a bullnose verandah, on the second story, at the front left corner of the house. Access is show in the photos and would require a ladder of at least 4 metres, it can be from the front or right side of the house.

My verandah facade was hit by a truck door causing damage to a portion of the exterior facing facade. Looking to get this repaired

At least one Outside drain is clogged and wont drain, others will also need to be looked at and cleaned Odour inside apartment as well despite unclogging all the drains, need help!

Replace approx 27m of verandah balustrade (including stairs)

Repaint the outside back verandah- has smoke / bbq residue on the roof. Area is approximately 3x3 We will supply the white paint.

I need my frony deck reoiled. I did it myself last year but it wasn't a great job. The deck is 2.1 x 5m plus a small ramp. I am an old age pensioner.

There are broken balustrades on a verandah (estimated 6 metres) - I have started pulling it apart and sanding back the bits that are good but the job needs to be completed, put back together and painted (nails and paint already here)

The bottom section of veranda post has rotted as well. Veranda post is 95 x 95mm. Also a section of balustrade needs replacing consisting of a section of horizontal and vertical dowels.

Timber base board and uprights have rotted. Need a qualified handyman to be able to remove the base boards (two of them) and then replace all of the uprights including the three long ones in the middle, finally replacing the base boards with new timber Price negotiable and suitable timber will be supplied with your guidance.

Move dryer from laundry to veranda and installing on a stand. Washing machine to be lifted up in laundry onto a stand

I am looking for a builder/chippy/handyman to source materials, build and install a gate to match our existing verandah. The space between the posts is approximately 1m. Paint finish not required.
