Need two internal doors and frames painted as well as some patch up painting on verandah

Looking for someone to sand and lacquer mr bedroom verandah deck 3mx2m

Needing quotes to build a front and back verandah with stairs onto a post-war high set house. The front of the house is approx 2.4m high and the back is 3m high. I have most of the decking timber needed for the decking itself but I am still needing to purchase other materials such as stumps, stringers and treads for 1 verandah,and more ( to be discussed when quoting job). There are other projects needing to be done eg fencing, concrete pad,retaining walls, etc if Interested. The front verandah will need a roof but not the back verandah. Attached are a couple of AI generated pictures of the front verandah for an idea of the design wanted. Accommodation can also be supplied if required while doing the job/s.

Wrap fairy lights around 2 under-verandah rafters. Each about 2 metres long. Job will require a ladder.

Wanted to get a roof to cover just up until the cement ends nothing fancy just to cover from rain,

2 small panels to be cut and replaced.

Replace verandah roof on a single floor house. All materials on site. New steel roofing sheets may need to be trimmed to size. Area to me replaced measures approx 2m X 4m Cash payment to be negotiated.

Parts of the decking will need to be replaced due to water damage, and all will need to be treated and oiled.

Outdoor shade blinds need to be bolted onto upper beam. All contents here.

Our existing batwing gates to our verandah are rotten and need to be removed. We have new gates to replace them and need these to be hung following removal of the old gates. (new gates shown next to existing gates in 3rd picture) We will provide new hinges and a drop-bolt an would like to reuse the existing key/latch if possible. The new gates are slightly too tall so approx. 1cm will need to be planed off the bottom prior to installation.

Will need builder experience and a good tall ladder, fresh wood and nails and green shade mesh. Photos of current one to be replaced can be sent Must be NDIS registered please

I need a carpenter or handyman to replace the cracked outer timber beam on my verandah roof. When it rains, water gets in through the crack, so I’d like the beam replaced and properly waterproofed for a long-term fix. Work includes: Remove the existing cracked beam. Supply and install a new treated pine or LVL beam (same size). Reconnect roof sheets as needed. Install metal flashing or capping on top of the beam to stop future leaks. Seal all joints and screws with roofing-grade silicone

1. Timber ramp to be removed- approx 3 m long and disposed of most of the timber 2. Balustrades to be re-attached as some have rotted a bit 3. Decking to be re- nailed here and there 4. New balustrade between posts -less than 1m drop (see blue line on the photo, construction details tbc) 5..And about 4 timber treads to be replaced. (Metal stringers are ok condition) 6. Posted yesterday but possibly insufficient detail. See photo of 7 timber 1 metal vertical verandah posts. They have been stained with Sikkens. Paint shop says strip back to bare timber before painting to house colour. We will negotiate date, time etc. on job inspection.

Sand back and stain side and front verandah floors - each verandah is roughly 8m x 2.5m - about 3/4 is grey weathered timber which I’ve brought back before using gurney, remaining 25% is protected from elements and not that bad.

Looking for a skilled carpenter/builder to enclose an existing verandah. All asbestos removal will be completed beforehand and the site will be cleared and ready. Works required: Framing Construct 2 stud walls (per agreed dimensions). Frame and prepare openings for 1 external door and 1 window (both supplied by client). Install lintels/headers as required. Wrap & Flashing Install breathable wall wrap/sarking to both walls. Fit base flashing at wall-to-floor junctions. Provide sill pans, jamb flashings, and head flashings for door and window. Cavity & Openings Install cavity battens/strapping for cladding system. Install door and window (supplied by client). Fully flash around openings for weatherproofing. External Cladding Install external wall cladding (supplied by client – e.g. Axon/FC/stack stone). Prime/seal all cut edges. Fit trims, corners, and junction flashings for neat, weatherproof finish. Exclusions (by client): Insulation Internal plasterboard linings/finishes Painting

See photo of architectural verandah posts 7 timber posts 140 x 40 x 3500mm 1 metal (structural) post 120 x 120 x 3500mm (approx) Previously stained. Want them sanded down and painted with a dark grey Dulux Weathershield paint we will supply. May need an undercoat and 2 top coats, but we supply paint.

Need to install sail at front veranda.
