The area is already opened up and framed, so it’s a straightforward job for someone who knows what they’re doing. Job details: Sheet exposed timber stud wall (approx. full wall length as per photo) Sheet ceiling section where it’s been opened Ensure everything is straight, flush, and ready for finishing What’s already done - Old plaster removed Framing exposed and accessible Power cables already run (just need to sheet around them)

Replacing approximately 5 m of cornice and plaster small patch in roof and wall ready for paint. Will pay for materials

We are Renovating our home (starting 20th march) and will need some internal stopping done. I am a builder and will be doing all the building work/ Gyprock installation. Please see attached plans. Scope includes- - stopping of new ceilings (excl master bedroom/bathroom) -stopping of walls. (Excluding bathroom/ master bedroom) -CSR Gyprock to everywhere or square stop ( whatever is easier) all doors/windows will be architrave.

Replace a batton light - current one installed broke and wont hold globe. Install a new powerpoint at island bench (there is power to the bench for the dishwasher) Replace an outdoor double power point that has broken at the screws Replace a double power point. A metal prong from an electrical cord is broken off inside one socket and so one of the power points can not be used. Need qualified electrician to do the work and need the parts to be supplied.

Need a handyman/tradie to reinstall a curtain. Previous attempt damaged/stripped the holes in the wood, so holes need filling and curtain refitted properly. Bring your own tools.

Hello I have removed three powerpoints and need the holes plastered over. I removed 2 wall heaters so have 8 screw holes that need covering up too. Powerpoint holes are roughly 10cm by 7cm. Screw holws roughly 1.5cm by 1.5cm. I'd give it a go myself but the walls are feature walls and wont have any furniture covering area so need it be a seamless job. 😅

There is giproc on the wall, it just needs to be finished off and painted.

URGENT – Plasterboard Wall Repair Needed I need an experienced handyman or plasterer as soon as possible to repair a damaged internal plasterboard wall. There is a roughly circular hole approximately 25–30 cm in diameter, with visible cracking around the area (see photo). The task includes patching the hole, repairing cracks, plastering, sanding, and repainting to match the existing wall colour for a clean, seamless finish. Please bring your own tools and materials. Looking for someone reliable who can attend urgently and complete the job to a professional standard.

I’m looking for a skilled installer to assemble an outdoor Infrared sauna, preferably someone who has built one before or similar outdoor structures. Renovation started! Basically I need the walls finished - cornices, 2 door frames to be finished and some plaster board / drywall still to be installed. Possibility of wanting to remove half a wall. If I go with that option, only 1 door frame requires finishing. Also need to reinstall the light fitting seen in photo.

Four small areas need plaster patching before painting. Shelving was removed, leaving damaged plaster that needs repairing and smoothing ready for paint. Timing: Ideally completed this weekend. Location: Mount Nelson
