Looking for a carpenter/experienced handyman to supply materials and build a level outdoor platform for a 1-person infrared sauna. The platform will sit on an existing concrete slab/pavers that has approximately a 20mm fall over 1 metre, so it needs to compensate for the slope and provide a completely level, solid and stable surface for the sauna. Details: Sauna base: 900mm x 900mm Sauna roof: 920mm x 1055mm Sauna height: 1900mm Sauna weight: 116kg Platform needs to safely support the sauna plus an occupant (allow approximately 300kg total load). Proposed platform size: approximately 1100mm x 1200mm. I would like the platform to be as low-profile as reasonably possible. The platform will be outdoors/undercover on an existing concrete slab, so materials need to be suitable for the location and load. Price to include all materials, labour, construction, levelling and clean-up. Sauna installation is not required – platform only. Please let me know what materials/construction method you propose when making an offer.

I need two TVs wall-mounted: - 1 × 85-inch TV - 1 × 55-inch TV Brackets must be fixed into the timber studs behind the plasterboard walls. Requirements: - Both TV mounting brackets must be securely fixed into the timber studs, not only into the plasterboard. - Technician must bring a reliable timber stud finder and confirm the stud locations before drilling. - 85-inch TV bracket: Sanus VXL7-B2 fixed wall mount. - 55-inch TV bracket: EzyMount VB-F56B fixed wall mount or Vogel's TV wall mount. - Suitable wall-mounting brackets and their standard accessories will be supplied by me. - TVs must be mounted level, securely and at the agreed height/location. - Please ensure the mounting method is suitable for the weight and size of the 85-inch TV. - Please include all labour and any additional standard mounting hardware/fixings required for secure installation into the timber studs in your offer. I am flexible with dates, with Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday preferred.

Bought a kings mk3 rooftop tent that needs repairs on the fold out awning. The awning itself does no detach from the rooftop tent so I assume it'll need to be done on the tent itself. I can get photos to you when you need them.

I have a New Sauna and require the heater wiring in and mounting. Closest electrics are sockets at the Pool pump. I think I may need a 32amp isolator 🤷‍♂️.

Got the walls redone so need an electrician to install the power points back in

Need some plastering done. We removed two skirting boards (one either side of the stairs) and need these joins plastered. One of the skirting boards needs to be cut neatly and removed, the other one has been removed but there is a minor plaster repair at the end of the skirting over the stairs needed to the remaining skirting board.

Hi there, We need a plasterer to help us with some repairs tomorrow (Sunday 26 July) as we have other tradies coming this week. - Laundry: Hole in ceiling repaired where an AC previously leaked - Removal of damaged cabinet under this hole (as cabinet maker is coming this week) - Wall in lounge: repair hole in the wall, fix bubbled paint, plaster crack and prepare skirting for painting (we will get the wall painted after whatever plaster you do to it) - walls in entrance hall and stairwell - have about 8-10 small holes or scrapes that need to be filled (we will get these repainted afterwards) See pics! Hole that was cut is to small to fit boxes through Need it done asap for electricians to complete fitout Note: pictures have tile sitting on the wall it is not glued to the wall. No installation or grouting required. Cut only. I have full uncut tiles if it’s easier to start without it having the hole in the middle.
