2 small sagging in ceiling need to be rectify

Small plastering job for the kitchen. Requires site view for work and product estimation.

Location: Single-storey residential house Materials: All materials will be supplied by the customer Requirement: Licensed and insured electrician only Power Points - Install 2 new flush-mounted power points in bedroom (one on external wall, one on internal wall) - Replace 1 existing kitchen power point at the same location (no new wiring required) Ceiling Fans - Swap 1 existing ceiling fan from Bedroom 1 to Bedroom 2 (existing wiring and mounting points present) - Install 1 new brand new ceiling fan in Bedroom 1 using existing wiring and mounting point Additional Work (to be quoted separately onsite) I also require installation of approximately: - 4 outdoor flood lights - 7 indoor LED downlights across 3 bedrooms These are not included in this quote/offer yet, as exact positions and angles will be finalised after onsite inspection. Happy to discuss and agree on scope and pricing once you attend for the additional work or both initial and additional work in person after an inspection. Nevertheless, it would be helpful to know your per hour rate (if any) to get an idea.

I’m removing a built in desk and found that there’s a live power point mounted to the back of the cabinet under the desk. Just need a sparkie to safely remove power point and re-mount on wall in same place after pulling the cabinet out of the way. Must have insurance & ESO licence. This is a business and we can't turn off the power during operating hours so would need to be outside of those hours (before 7.30am or after 7pm Mon - Thu, before 7.30am or after 5.30pm pm Fri, before 8am or after 4pm on a Sat or any time Sun).

I’m preparing my house to sell and to help prepare for painting I need a plasterer to fix many small issues around my house. I imagine it would take a day or two? The kind of things include plastering over old screw holes some cracked corners. You would probably need to pop over and see the house before quoting properly. I do need the job done in early March. I’m currently away from home so cannot have quotes done until 23 February. Happy for the job to be done on the weekend or a weekday or after hours.

I have an internal wall that our builder didn’t render and went broke before they could finish it. I’m looking for someone to supply and install acrylic render on a 2.4m x 2.5m wall. Timeframe is flexible and photos show the wall needing rendering. The wall next to it is already rendered. It doesn’t have to match the other wall, but if it doesn’t look the same bonus. We will paint the wall ourselves afterwards.

We live in a Queensland with a built-in lower level. We want to knock out one existing stud wall (marked red on photos) and expand that small bedroom by having a new stud wall built (marked green on photos). New wall length will be 2.50m, height 1.98m. Between two concrete pillars. Thinking it may be possible to move and re-use existing sliding door. Open to suggestions to minimise work required on ceiling (the two halves of new room have existing good ceilings).
