Circled area asbestos walls and bathtub will be removed by asbestos tradie. I need renderer to install fibre cement walls and floor this circled area once it is all removed safely.

Hi, I need one plaster hole repaired - once fixed, it can be left for me to sand and paint. I also need a second hole that’s already repaired just needs another coat of rapid set. Please see photos. Thank you
