Approx size of area we need the plasterboard to cover is 3.3 square metres. Plasterer to supply plasterboard.

I’m removing a built in desk and found that there’s a live power point mounted to the back of the cabinet under the desk. Just need a sparkie to safely remove power point and re-mount on wall in same place after pulling the cabinet out of the way. Must have insurance & ESO licence. This is a business and we can't turn off the power during operating hours so would need to be outside of those hours (before 7.30am or after 7pm Mon - Thu, before 7.30am or after 5.30pm pm Fri, before 8am or after 4pm on a Sat or any time Sun).

I have an internal wall that our builder didn’t render and went broke before they could finish it. I’m looking for someone to supply and install acrylic render on a 2.4m x 2.5m wall. Timeframe is flexible and photos show the wall needing rendering. The wall next to it is already rendered. It doesn’t have to match the other wall, but if it doesn’t look the same bonus. We will paint the wall ourselves afterwards.

We live in a Queensland with a built-in lower level. We want to knock out one existing stud wall (marked red on photos) and expand that small bedroom by having a new stud wall built (marked green on photos). New wall length will be 2.50m, height 1.98m. Between two concrete pillars. Thinking it may be possible to move and re-use existing sliding door. Open to suggestions to minimise work required on ceiling (the two halves of new room have existing good ceilings).
