Small hole in a drywall to be fixed

Covered cabinet for additional storage near the unit's entry door (preferably with three-level shoe rack at the bottom). 3. Floating shelving unit in the laundry room. (Photos included).

Have a stair case that has just been re-tiled , and the wall in the photo( red area) needs to be cement rendered , made smooth , and ready to paint over. Yea most of it is already rendered but the tiles down the bottom of the stairs have a half inch lip that we want leveled out with the rest of the wall. I pulled off a timber cover this afternoon and that revealed another stair case underneath the existing one , so just need it all filled in and rendered over ready for paint . Job is in Kogarah, only want an experienced renderer that will bring all their own stuff( tools, labour, materials etc). NSW.
