I’m looking for someone experienced in plastering and ceiling repairs to fix a hole in my ceiling where a light fitting is installed. The plaster around the light was broken to investigate a leake, leaving a fairly large hole. I need someone to: * Repair the damaged ceiling plaster and patch the hole neatly around the light fitting. * Ensure the repair is secure and the ceiling has a smooth finish. * Sand, prepare and paint the repaired area to match the existing ceiling as closely as possible. * Ensure the light fitting is properly accommodated and the final result looks neat. Please bring your own tools and materials and include all costs in your offer. I’ve attached a photo of the damage. Please let me know if you have experience with similar ceiling repairs.

The job includes: * Hanging a section of plasterboard/drywall * Stopping/setting the plasterboard edges and joins, which are currently rough * Patching areas of damaged/ripped plasterboard * Patching various small holes from removed powerpoints, nails, fixings etc. * Repairing/replacing a small section of cornice * Sanding and finishing everything smooth and **ready for painting** There are several small patches rather than one large job, so I’m looking for someone experienced with plasterboard repairs who can get a neat, smooth finish. **Timing is important:** I need the plastering completed ASAP as painting is scheduled and carpet is being installed next week. Need experienced plasterer to tape and skim joins, apply bead trims to corner edges and apply top coats with sand and complete ready to paint. Ceiling area 30m2 and walls approx 70m2.
