I need someone to amend existing balustrade to be 200 mm higher . Thought about adding upper bar or lower bar along the balustrade and stair handrail .The length of the balustrade is 4.8 meters and the stairs is 2.7 meters .

Render repair on a large wall defect

I need these power point cover and light switches covers installed. They’re not going into new places, just replacing the existing. It’s for all light switches and Power Points in the house - I have about 20 I think, but I’ll check. I do need one PowerPoint installed for a dishwasher, but main priority for this task is swapping these.

There is a hole on a plasterboard, need it fixed

I need to coat a small area of ceiling with plaster and make some texture to match it with the rest of the white ceiling.

Install curtain rod in bedroom (don’t have the curtain rod, not sure what is needed, has to be able to hang block out curtains and windows are very close to the wall. Reattach kitchen cupboard and front of drawer (don’t have the hinges). Bunnings Indooroopilly is just down the road.

We have damaged to the render in a second story window frame. Looking for a Renderer to patch this. Given its next to the window it may be possible for the job to be done from inside the house. Looking for someone who will do a decent job / good finish and will take appropriate safety precautions given the height of the work. Do not need the render work painted afterwards. Need someone who won't make a mess while doing the job especially if doing it from inside the house.
