Hi i need to someone who can render our front wall of our house.Need someone very experienced as we shall need a foam as well for the garage.At the moment the house is made of red bricks

Have a project in Footscray that needs foam installed and rendering done

Looking for someone to render/patch 3 areas - - 350mm x 1750mm - 400mm x 1250mm - 500mm x 1500mm One of the areas is clean solid brick. The other 2 need to be patched/are rougher surfaces.

Install this awning - very light - new one Stud finder required and 3-4 timber screws

Verandah The floor Tiles have been removed, we need to prepare the verandah for water-proofing, the current/old water-proof seal needs to be ground off the 20mm cement sheet 48sqm area ASAP before the new water-proof seal can be painted on.

We had our balcony re waterproofed and tiled. During the removal of the old tiles some of the exterior cladding was impacted and broken off. We’re not looking for a perfect match in colour just a tidy up and patch job of the areas that are exposed. I will most likely paint over it anyway so will just require the repair work done. The tiles can be popped up as they sit on pods.

Need to have a 4m X 3m manual folding arm awning installed to my brick wall as per picture, above the sliding doors, which is about 4.1m wide between gutter to the right and electric conduit to the left. The black downlight can be removed if it intrudes on install. Awning came with brackets, but need to supply your own drill, level, stepladder etc. Flexible with day/time.

We require someone to repair the render where our decals have been removed from the wall. The wall then needs to be re-painted. I have the sample pot of the colour required.

We have 4 X outdoor awning blinds that need to be removed this afternoon or tomorrow before 1130am.

Need a kings awning attached to a Thule roof rack. I have the mounting kit but would prefer someone who knows what they’re doing to do it so that I don’t make any mistakes. Rack is 91cm long x 85 cm wide roughly. Awning is 2 m long

I need someone to look at two old canvas retractable awnings outside an apartment and advise if they can be rescued. One is rusted shut but it may be fixable as it's a recent development. Because it's a rental property I need to notify the tenants before anyone goes there. Strong preference for fixing as the body corporate will make replacement difficult, and the quotes I have on replacement are sky-high. Fee is for attending, detailed report and measuring the size of the awning so I can work out if the replacement costs are fair. I can't go in person atm. You don't need to go into the apartment but you'll need a hook of some kind to pull the awnings down. If you think you can fix it you can quote direct to me, or advise extra fee while on site. I do have an agent managing the property but they are not being much help in this case. Job can be done any time between 8am-6pm by arrangement, but ideally between 8-11 am as that's when I'm most available on the phone.
