Bottom rail has rotted and split in the middle of one section. I'm assuming it would need the whole section replaced? 2620mm wide with 21 panels including fleur in centre.

The balustrade is bent. Needs the following: 1) Relocate the post highlighted by the yellow circle to the right, where the location is shown in red line markup (concrete damaged from bolts and easiest to move to the right and fix to solid concrete). 2) Replace the length of the steel post, which is bent and highlighted in orange (length less than 2m) 3) Refix the middle post base shown circled in blue highlighter. The two base plates may also need to be bent back to make them flat again.

We are looking to replace our current wooden balustrades with glass (or alternative). The current balustrades are 98cm high and length is 215 + 121 + 125 + 72 on one side, at bottom of stairs the other side measures 155 x 98.

Remove and replace 3 x rotting hardwood stair treads and 3 x rotting balustrades. New stair treads and balustrades provided, but you will likely need new screws/nails and some equipment to cut the stair treads down slightly. Price includes disposal of old stair treads.

We are moving house and need someone to please instal some wire for the Balustrade/Deck. We have the wire. All holes are already in the timber, all measure ready to go :) This is quite urgent so would love someone in the next week or so to complete this.

Need these steps and balustrade painted and grip tape strip added to edge of each step after. Balustrade has been sanded but the steps will need a light sand, paint and grip tape supplied

I am in need of someone to come and install glass that we have on the front porch of our house.
