External stairs handrail and pailings painting only please. Some initial prep work has been done. Some gaps do need to be filled on the top of handrail in gate. Height of top landing approx 3m. Handrail to be in monument please, pailings in white. Posts to be in white please. There is also some unpainted fascia board on the rear of the top landing, as per the pictures. We have removed our old wooden balustrade from our balcony which leaves just aluminium posts (that we have sanded, rust arrested and painted). We have purchased 5 DIY aluminium panels that we would like installed between the posts. They are in pieces, and will require some minor cutting to length (so prefer if you have a sharp drop saw). It comes with top and bottom pieces that are secured to the metal posts with brackets, and then the slats are installed with spacers - they have provided all screws etc.
