Handyman or someone with experience with awning needed to realigned and adjust this to the correct position as one side is tilted downword and its low on full extension. Probably lifting one side and tighting the bolts can realign again... please quote the job.

The awning has been damaged and does not retract. It's controlled by a motor and remote. The task is to work out how to retract the awning without causing any more damage to it and leave it in the closed position.

Looking for an experienced trade painter to repaint the exterior architectural trims, gables, and fascias of a single-storey weatherboard home in Thornbury (see attached photos). Hi! One of the locking pegs (mushroom pins) on my awning window frame has sheared off. Details: Hardware Brand: Kin Long window system (aluminum frame). The Issue: The pin snapped off, leaving the rivet/fastener base stuck in the track. What's Needed: Drill out/remove the broken fastener shaft and supply/install a replacement peg/pin to match the existing one (photos attached). Parts: I do NOT have replacement parts. Tasker must supply the replacement pin/screw/rivet. I have attached photos of the intact pin for reference, the broken base, and the overall window setup.

Install awning, similar to supplied pic (that one from manufacturer, Outrigger Awnings). Job requires: - Marking, levelling, drilling 24x10mm holes, install using masonry screws. Manufacturer recommends drilling 8mm holes first, then expand to 10mm. I have the masonry screws. - Install, tension, drill and rivet awning as per manufacturer's instructions. - Bring experience and advice on the above. Second pic is installation site. The wall has a downpipe, which will be accommodated by installing the batten slightly away from the wall (this has been discussed with the manufacturer). Total size of awning is 6.2m (along wall) x 2.6m. Awning is delivered and ready to be installed. I figure this is about one day for two people (builder plus 1). I can also assist.

Hi - my retractable awning on my balcony has jammed with a tangled rope. I need assitance fixing this. I suspect we will have to unfix the awning, pull it down to ground level, and then untagle the rope and put it back up.
