Hi there, I am looking for a builder or handyman to construct and fix a 4m x 1.5m awning to my balcony. I am able to pay cash. The awning is going to be over a balcony, however it is on the second storey of the property. I have attached images of the location and general area. I would like a translucent polycarbonate sheet, intention is to keep the weather off the back door. Firstly, two of the arms on the right of the photo are wonky which means when the awning comes out its uneven. They need fixing. Secondly, it seems like the motor isn't working. This could be a minor electrical issue on the switchboard as it was working last week or the motor may need looking at. Thirdly, (not essential) if there is anyone that I can replace the material on there currently with branded material to replace the one there, that would be great.
