Install awning, similar to supplied pic (that one from manufacturer, Outrigger Awnings). Job requires: - Marking, levelling, drilling 24 holes, install using masonry screws. - Install, tension, drill and assemble awning as per manufacturer's instructions. - Bring experience and advice on the above. Second pic is installation site. The wall has a downpipe, which will be accommodated by installing the batten slightly away from the wall (this has been discussed with the manufacturer). Total size of awning is 6.2m (along wall) x 2.6m. One complication is that the wall is rendered brick, but we still need to locate and drill holes into optimal locations in brick, not mortar (as per manufacturer's pic). Awning is currently in manufacture (Sydney) and will be delivered. Job to start ASAP after delivery. I figure this is about one day for two people (builder plus 1).

I need an electrician to fix the lighting in an awning that has been off for a while, I’m assuming only bulbs needs to be changed but not sure, it requires a ladder and there’s another small board with led lighting that isn’t working as well!

I have purchased a retractable awning which I need hung on my balcony. The surface it is getting secured to is concrete. Someone has already started the job, so it’s measured up and all four holes have begun to be drilled, but it just requires someone finish it. The remaining work is to complete the holes (all have been started - but we required a better drill bit), and then hang the awning. I went on holiday and two pigeons decided to make my balcony their home. I shooed them away and pulled down the awning and locked it in place. They somehow flew back in and won't leave. I've tried everything I can think of. I need someone who doesn't freak out when pigeons fly around (like I do) to come and release the awning (it's clipped in) so they can fly out.
