The current motorised drop-down blinds keep breaking and coming loose, even in light wind. They’re installed using a metal wire guide system, which clearly isn’t suitable. The motors aren’t the problem — the system itself is. A nearby property has a much stronger, wind-resistant blind system that works really well. I went on holiday and two pigeons decided to make my balcony their home. I shooed them away and pulled down the awning and locked it in place. They somehow flew back in and won't leave. I've tried everything I can think of. I need someone who doesn't freak out when pigeons fly around (like I do) to come and release the awning (it's clipped in) so they can fly out. I have no idea what to charge but this will be a quick job for someone not freaked out by pigeons.

The awning window in my high rise apartment is not closing properly and is misaligned. There is a gap on one side that is not sealing so it's letting air & noise in. Either needs to be realigned or repaired.
