The window pane is fine, but the rotating lever is getting stuck and doesn't completely close the window. I think the chain that pushes it out, and closes it might be the issue.

the opening system of our awning window broke down because of the wind. Some parts are missing. Glass is completely fine, but we need to setup the opening system again. Its a motor and remote operated Awning and extends full. It just needs to be realigned and adjusted to the correct position as one side is tilted downword and its too low on full extension.

My retractable awning appears imbalanced when opening, with the right side hanging lower than the left. I’ve noticed that the metal pin on the right-side handle is loose and doesn’t seem to be installed properly. I need someone to come and fix it for me. In a big wind storm about a month ago - the awning above our front door was blown off. It then came crashing down and has bent slightly. We need it repaired and reattached please. You will need to navigate our staircase. I think you'll need to bend one arm of it back so it is straight. Then reattach with new attachments.
