The awning is mounted approx 3m off the ground. Remote control electric function works very well. Approx 40kg at a guess. It works well so could be reused with new fabric fitted. (fabric is serviceable but old). Solid concrete underneath to support scaffolding or ladders. Would need two strong persons. Must be done safely.
