The small piece if missing tile in that area was actually cut by the builders when the original shower screen was first installed, so the frame could fit against the wall. Recently I had to replace the shower screen .The new shower screen frame is thinner than the original one, which has now exposed the section where the tile had previously been cut away.

We need the old silicone removed from behind our wash up area and replaced. Plus repair manhole/access panel so it’s not falling like in photo Plus broken tiles filled with cement to prevent pest access. Happy to discuss prices
