Wall tiles in kitchen & bathroom requires regrouting

Older apartment, needing grouting removed from walls, shower and floor tiles and fresh new grouting applied.

I’m looking for someone to re-grout and re-caulk my bathroom. The grout has started to wear down and the caulking around the shower/bath area is discoloured and needs to be replaced. Remove old grout and re-grout tiles (walls/floor – small bathroom). • Remove old silicone/caulk and apply fresh sealant around the shower/bath edges, corners, and any joints that need resealing. • Ensure work is waterproof, clean, and tidy. Notes: • Bathroom is small, so the job should be straightforward. • Looking for someone experienced who can complete the job to a high standard.

Kitchen floor area is approx. 2.1 x 1.4 and splashback area is 600 x 2.4

I have a 0.8m2 area above my laundry sink to be tiled. I have the tiles glue grout ect just need some one experienced to do the work.

My kitchen is 3m*4m - we'd like the current tiles removed & disposed of & new tiles put down instead. We're looking at a pattern tile like the attached - a 200x200 tile. It's a relatively new apartment so there shouldn't be too much trouble with levelling once the current tiles are removed but I understand that would be extra cost if there's extra work. I'd like the skirting boards removed & put back on afterwards.

Need tile placement fixed and some cut to size, materials provided but you will need tiling tools like grinder, tile cutter etc. It will take about an hour.

The inside of the sink has been stained by an unknown substance. The stain cannot be removed and must be restored to the original color by whatever means are possible. I have no clue what the best course of action would be.

I want to cover the row under the bath (145cm x 38cm). There is a hole and I would like to find tiles and cover the entire row so that it looks good.

Install carpet tiles with glue and necessary trimmings for joint transition - entrance hallway + bedroom - approximately 16 sqm. Note: I will supply carpet only, the installer will need to supply appropriate glues and trimmings for installation - concrete-based flooring as seen in the images.
