about 5 square metres of kitchen floor tile, to remove from concrete floor. Very slow work with cold chisel and hammer. needs a power tool i think. Also ideally to remove waterproof membrane layer from concrete (glued under tile). Next step is grind and seal concrete. So we can't be gouging chunks out of the concrete with this job. I am ready to do some patching - but definitely needs care and minimal damage to underlying slab. This afternoon (Friday), tomorrow, or Sunday morning. WIthin reasonable hours for residential noise.

we have broken one tile on our balcony, and we have received 2 very high quotes from our real estate agent. the original tile is no longer made. we need someone to source a replica of the tile, close match, then come and install it. there is no grout on our balcony. the tile will need to be cut to size as it is not a full tile that has been broken.

Screed shower for bathroom renovation. Bathroom is in an apartment we are renovating and is on a slab. We need a raised shower screen for the fall in the shower. Hoping to meet someone that we can continue to work with. We have not secured a tiler for this project so there is the potential to secure the 30m2 of tiling also.
