Hi, we need a tiler for our balcony, cracked tiles (5) need replacing and tiled skirt needs resealing or refixing? I have sourced the tiles now.

3 large tiles have popped off the wall. These need to be relaid and then sealed the grout lines above to stop water coming behind said tiles. Also one silicone edge on stairs/landing(pictured )needs to raked out and redone with white paintable silicon (currently clear) - Due date: Before Friday, 5 January 2024
