Install paper all the way to skylight section. Refit roof battens and tiles to section, replace as required. Refit skylight section, secure and seal. Refit, repair lead flashing to gable of skillion where meets main roof. Ensure this section of roof only is watertight, secure, remove rubbish.

Hi there I’m looking for someone to complete the following roof restoration work on a double garage, two level brick home on the Central Coast NSW. The back first level eaves have a row of solar panels on them, so if you’re able to remove them please include that in your quote. If they can’t be removed, the price will need to reflect that you’ll be working around them which means less surface area to clean and paint. Roof is reasonably tidy condition with a few tiles needed to be fixed.
