Gutter repair on 2 storey main house & garage (1 storey). Main house requires repair on 2 sections, minor fix as it is only dripping water only. Ceiling needs frames before insulation and plastering. There are beams in ceiling and for walls that needs boxed up plasterboard. There are some electrical switches and PowerPoints that are currently screwed to small plasterboard and those plasterboards are screwed to aluminium poles. These needs to be unscrewing and screwed back on to the new plasterboard and aluminium poles. Ceiling should end up in the same shape and not flat as I don’t want to reduce height.
