These need to be repaired and tested to ensure leaks are resolved. There is an overhead louvre on the second level that leaks at the corners onto the balcony. Access to this is via 2 story corrugated roof unless you can remove the louvre blades and reinstall without damage. I think this is also a guttering issue but I don’t know because I can’t see that area from the balcony. I am looking for someone who is able to repair guttering leaks as well as the cleaning. I will not consider cleaning only. The person will need own equipment and supplies. They are required to clean 2nd storey gutters and will need to climb 2nd storey corrugated roof to access louvre repairs. Experienced person required.
