Our house eaves are in need of repair. The asbestos sheeting (about .5sqm) needs to be removed (and disposed of legally) and replaced. Missing and rotten fascia boards need to be replaced. Please refer to the sketch. Cheers

Persistent noise coming from the eaves/roof area of my double-storey home during windy days/nights. The source is unknown and may be related to the eaves, guttering, roofing components, or movement of materials. Looking for an experienced roofer to inspect, diagnose the cause, and provide repair recommendations if required. Photos attached of noisy area.

There are several cracks in the ceiling plaster, and a few brick corners near the ceiling are exposed and need to be sealed

Roof ridge need to be repaired, around 32 broken tiles need to be replaced and 1 ridge capping. Adding lead flashing to interline gable trays and silicone all cut valley tiles. Re-pointing all ridge capping. Removing all rubbish.

Roof leak above window needs checking and repair. Water is leaking around a timber window frame, causing damp and mould inside. There is also water staining above the window outside. Single-storey 1970s home with a terracotta tile roof. Need someone to find the leak and fix it, or provide a quote if more work is required. May need gutters cleaned also.

There seem to be a leak most probably due to some broken roof tiles and due to that the alfresco ceiling has some mould on it. The builder came in and replaced some roof tiles but since there are some solar panels exactly on top of where the leak (probably is) they couldn't check and replace any under. Need someone who can inspect the roof tiles under the solar panel and fix the leak.
