remove battens and 3 polycarbonate sheets and replace with new 6 sheets polycarbonate roof and new battens, have the items ready to go. Not sure of cost will put $10 and talk about charges

Leak in tiled roof and veranda gutter

I am needing assistance with two issues at my property. 1. There is a leak coming through our tiled roof in one spot. 2. The back veranda gutter also has a leak that needs repair.

This tree in picture needs cutting down to around the height of the gutter on the house. There is a power line nearby as seen in photo. (Price is estimated, happy to get a quote) Happy for waste to be cut up and moved to paddock or chipped if possible

Wash walls (3 sides only) of a home that's partly 2 story (on a slope), clean gutters all the way round. If you have a way to stop the windows getting splattered that would be great.

We need ceiling insulation installed in our ceiling space. There is a manhole into the main void, but insulation will also need to be poked down between the trusses into the raked sections. We are after an experienced person who will fill all of the gaps, cutting strips of batts as required, and will protect the downlights in accordance with Australian standards. The plan area of the roof (not including eaves) is 220m2. We will supply the insulation batts. Also open to cellulose loose fill if the contractor is experience in that.

We have patched areas where screws have penetrated the verandah ceiling - i require someone to attend site, sand and paint the area - the customer has a small tin of paint onsite - there are about 20
