The edges of the pillion roof on a small garden shed 1.8x3 have rusted and we would like all the panels replaced with new ones (in woodland grey) including 1 skylight panel. Shed is close to the back fence (about 300mm gap) . My budget assumes the metal roofing is included.

Hello! I’m looking for the right person that can help me build the walls and roof of in my Mitsubishi Express SWB van, including insulation and a bit of storage/ suport the bed frame. The floor is laid and is good to go with draws and fridge. Looking for a simple but well done job, that feels cozy and will keep the heat/could out. I have already purchased insulation and can put that in. A roof of a flood-recovery house needs re-screwing and a neaten-up. The roof was removed during house transportation and has been left without the majority of screws. The ridge capping is a bit wonky - and there is a chimney penetration which would need a small sheet attached. Scope: Hourly rate - Labour and tools to: - Re-screw down roofing - Re attach ridge capping - Cover chimney penetration with new tin. All permanent materials provided by us.

The roof has a fairly flat pitch, so the panels are easy to access and straightforward to clean once you're up there. A hose is available and can reach the roof for rinsing. The roof is accessible by ladder, but you'll need to be confident and experienced working at height, with your own insurance. I expect the job to take 2-3 hours including getting up into the roof.
