333sq house roof. Insulation was not installed under roof sheets when house was built. There is pink bats on Gyprock but I am asking for quotes for the roll out wool that goes under roof sheets. Roof sheets will need to be removed wool rolled out and sheets screwed back down. There is solar panels that will also need to be removed and reinstalled.

We need patching on the office roof, painting and roof sound proofing installed. A desk and sideboard disassembled and new desk and sideboard assembled. We have the soundproofing panels and adhesive. The desk and sideboard (flatpacks) are here ready for assembly. You would need patching and painting materials.

Hi. I bought a Pro Rack roof box with no key which I need to get into. Can anyone recommend a locksmith or someone who could pick it open for me without damaging the lock? Once I'm in, I'll be able to order a new key from the Pro Rack provider. But while it's locked, it's a bit useless 😅 Any help is much appreciated. Thank you🙏

i have a rooftop air vent fan in my camper that has a leak- when it rains water drips through which has (assuming) caused the electrical component of the fan to short circuit. essentially the fan doesn’t work and i’m pretty sure it’s due to a leak. i think the air vent will need to be taken out to have the roof hole and seal assesses and re done, then the electrical component will need fixing.

We have a very strong rotting/dead animal smell inside our house. The smell is in the living room and seems to be coming from the roof space. Leak in tiled roof and veranda gutter

I am needing assistance with two issues at my property. 1. There is a leak coming through our tiled roof in one spot. 2. The back veranda gutter also has a leak that needs repair.

Wash walls (3 sides only) of a home that's partly 2 story (on a slope), clean gutters all the way round. If you have a way to stop the windows getting splattered that would be great.

We had some hail damag transparent pieces of our patio roofs, I would like someone to come out to replace with just standard metal colour bond that matches the existing roof.
