A year ago common myrna birds nested next to my aircon. I cleaned it up after they hatched and put some trellis to prevent them from getting in. A year on, pigeons have decided to make themselves at home and have s#$% all over my balcony. I don't feel comfortable even opening up the windows. I need: 1. Bird poo cleaned up (you'll need safety harness) and sanitised 2. Put a spike bed or some other solution so no birds can sit on the balcony 3. Need some spikes on my railings too as they seem to come sit there too. Need to ensure they can't get in the gap between the window and the railing 4. (Optional) An idea to cover the top of the aircon section (I may even consider balcony hanging bar to cover up the area (135cm longx45cm deep) In reality I'd like a quote for 1,2 and 3. 4 is an optional separate quote. I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.

Need gutters cleaned on a house. Some sections are lower (single-storey height) but the front is approx 7–10m high, so will need proper ladder/safety gear. Gutters have muck, leaves and some moss (about 30% full). Task is to clear all gutters and downpipes, and flush with water to make sure they’re draining properly. Please only offer if you have your own equipment and insurance for working at heights.

The property is sloping down so you would need to supply the means to reaching the gutters We can supply primer, paint, protection for driveway.. please see picture 3 for highlighted section - it’s just a small section of house gutters. Budget - max $800 but any better offers lower than this is helpful.
