I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.

Need gutters cleaned on a house. Some sections are lower (single-storey height) but the front is approx 7–10m high, so will need proper ladder/safety gear. Gutters have muck, leaves and some moss (about 30% full). Task is to clear all gutters and downpipes, and flush with water to make sure they’re draining properly. The property is sloping down so you would need to supply the means to reaching the gutters We can supply primer, paint, protection for driveway.. please see picture 3 for highlighted section - it’s just a small section of house gutters. Budget - max $800 but any better offers lower than this is helpful.
