I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.

Need gutters cleaned on a house. Some sections are lower (single-storey height) but the front is approx 7–10m high, so will need proper ladder/safety gear. Gutters have muck, leaves and some moss (about 30% full). Task is to clear all gutters and downpipes, and flush with water to make sure they’re draining properly. Please only offer if you have your own equipment and insurance for working at heights.
