My balcony gets visits from Pigeons on the daily and we are looking for solutions to stop them from leaving poop on the deck. Across the ~8m railing can we have a metal wiring to stop them from coming underneath the glass rail. At the top of the glass to have spikes installed across the railing. Open to alternative solutions. Bonus if you have solution stopping them sitting on AC unit. Please provide your own materials for this job.

I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.

Need gutters cleaned on a house. Some sections are lower (single-storey height) but the front is approx 7–10m high, so will need proper ladder/safety gear. Gutters have muck, leaves and some moss (about 30% full). Task is to clear all gutters and downpipes, and flush with water to make sure they’re draining properly. Please only offer if you have your own equipment and insurance for working at heights.

I have a couple of roof tiles that need replacing, there is a small gap that needs to be sealed from the outside elements and I need the top of the pillars re housed please. Also removal of a birds nest in this gap

The property is sloping down so you would need to supply the means to reaching the gutters We can supply primer, paint, protection for driveway.. please see picture 3 for highlighted section - it’s just a small section of house gutters. Budget - max $800 but any better offers lower than this is helpful.
