I have a leak in the roof. The roof was inspected and found that the turn ups on the dry verge had been folded down and was allowing water to creep over the dry verge and into the roof space. The turns ups were fixed by the inspector, which stopped the leak temporarily, however it seems to have started leaking again. Please refer to pics. Happy to answer further questions. cheers

I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.
