Clean my roof gutters 19 Square unit. No leaves no gutter guard, just dust washed of the roof, accumulating. Need clean for my water harvesting in two water tanks.

Clean the gutters. Most of it is pretty clean. Only a 3 m part of gutter needs a bit of cleaning.

Need to replace timber and roofing sheet on a 3x6 metre approx. pergola. Currently has cement sheet roofing and rotting timbers. Main supports are OK and don't need replacing. Looking to replace roofing with zincalume or similar. Can provide pictures.

I am looking for quotes / opinions at this stage only. I need cables run (Ethernet Networking, TV Coax) coming back to a central point in the home. I can take care of termination, supplying cable / wall plates etc but I lack skills and experience getting into tight spaces, fishing cables through walls etc. Experience with ethernet networking is fine but not essential. This is more about the physical act of running the cables throughout the home so essentially anyone with crawlspace experience is what I'm after. *Discussion, plan & quote only at this point in time. We have a bird nest in our roof. It’s a steep 45 degree angled roof. The roof is new, it was renovated 6 months ago. There is a corner where the dormer window is, and they are getting in there. We need the nest removed and to have the 4 corners sealed so they don’t get in again. They nested on the left dormer window last year. Right this year.

Reinstall approx. 7 metres of corrugated fencing sheets These were removed by the previous owners. All 7m of metal sheets are on-site and ready to reattach. 🔨 2. Supply & install 1 metre of new metal sheeting To complete the full span. Standard corrugated sheet is fine. 📏 3. Replace or install posts if needed One or two posts may need replacing or resetting for support. 🐶 4. Dog-proof the reinstated fence Secure sheets and close gaps so small dogs cannot squeeze through. 🚪 5. Install a barrier under the front gate (urgent) Simple attachment required so our small dogs can’t get underneath.
