Hi, We have purchased Insulation vats and require an installer to install them for under our 3 bedroom house footprint. We have just had under the house sprayed for spiders and bugs 2 weeks ago. I have attached photos of entry and the vats.

We have a hole in our roof created by possums. We need it repaired. The roof is on a 2 story 4 apartment block

1) Two separate corner gutter fittings are corroded and leaking. They have been siliconed recently but have started leaking again and require replacemnet / proper repair. The gutter is on a two story high house with good access. Photos can be provided. 2) A skylight window (fitted to colourbond roof) leaked during recent storms and a roof inspection identified that the flashing needs to be secured to the roof better (screw / pop rivet etc) to help prevent wind driven rain coming up an under the existing flashing which is in good condition but lifted. Not really sure of budget please provide estimate / quote
