Hi, I’m looking for an experienced bathroom renovator / tiler / waterproofing specialist to fix a shower leak issue. 🔍 Issue description: • Double-storey house • Bathroom upstairs • Water leaks to the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom • Leak happens only after longer showers • Water appears around the ceiling heat lamp/exhaust fan below 👉 This is likely a waterproofing failure in the shower area 🎯 Scope of work: I need someone to: 1. Inspect and confirm the cause • Confirm waterproofing failure vs pipe issue • Identify leak source (shower floor / wall junction / drain area) 2. The pot belly flue needs to be removed and the roof sheeting that therefore has a hole in it needs to be replaced. The pot belly is located outdoors. The access to the roof will be via ladder and it is a single storey gable roof, but quite high due to the slope of the land and where the verandah ends

Balcony leaking and has caused wood rot of timbers around the front door and front window. Needs to fix waterproofing first then replace timber frames. $10 put in cost description as will likely require onsite quote to determine cause of problem and real quote.
