I'm looking for a qualified and experienced roofer to complete a small roof repair. The job includes: Supply and replace 12 broken roof tiles (matching as closely as possible). Repair minor cracks  patch/repoint the affected sections of the ridge capping. The damage occurred during a previous solar panel installation, and I have only recently discovered it. This is not a large or expensive job—it's a straightforward minor repair. My budget is $400 for labour and materials (supply and fit). No time wasters, please. There are 6 new PVC down pipes installed at a single storey house to replace metal down pipes. They need to be sanded lightly and painted with two (2) coats of Wattyl Solagard Night Sky (black) paint. The house has no eaves and the down pipes are close to the bricks. There are a number of elbows of varying shape. The back of the down pipes has been pre painted but the elbows have not so extra care needs to be taken to ensure brickwork is not damaged/affected. Some meticulous care will be required including using a small brush. Paint and brushes can be supplied however you will require a ladder

Have a 3.6x3.2m pergola pulled down. Sheets are cut in half so approx 1800mm, timber nothing longer then 3m. Stacked for easy removal straight through side gate out to the road.

Re-attach gutter clips for 1 pipe which has fallen off. Check other gutters are secure. Clean gutters too. Thanks

Balcony leaking and has caused wood rot of timbers around the front door and front window. Needs to fix waterproofing first then replace timber frames. $10 put in cost description as will likely require onsite quote to determine cause of problem and real quote. We need some bird proofing done for our second storey window wall air-conditioner. There's a gap between the unit and the bricks that birds can get in on either side. There is access via the side of the house but it's on the second level so will need a tall ladder.
