Find experienced local roofers in Central Coast

I've removed the shower walls in the bathroom in my home due to a leak, the floor is intact. It's 2 walls, approx 770 w on one side, 840 w on the other, 1800 h (I need to check this when I get back). My partner replaced the fibro and put silicone/ waterproofing on the top of it, but it's not sticking to the silicone properly. So I'd like someone to look at it, replace/ fix if necessary, and I understand it needs to have a compliance cert. Here's the photo to get an idea of the space and the floor/ hob that's left as is. Will get a photo of the fibro/ waterproofing in a the next day or two. If it's going to cost more to fix it than re-do the fibro then we are happy to do that. I have no idea what this should cost so just let me know- and if you do tiling as well please quote that too!

I’m looking to have one of my eaves repointed as the cement is cracked. I used a repointing compound on the lower section but I can’t reach the high sections. I would also like my cement roof tiles repainted around my solar panels. The area to be painted is about 40-50 square Metres approx. It will need to be done with a roller to avoid spaying my verandah and solar panel system.

A gate latch is damaged and needs a replacement. Also the rain down pipe in the backyard has a hole needed to be fixed.

Need a plumber/gas fitter to complete two small jobs at a new house: 1. Connect one downpipe from the gutter to the existing stormwater connection shown in the photo. pipe/fittings and leave a neat, properly sealed finish. 2. Turn on/commission the gas path valve at the site and check the connection is safe and operating correctly.

Have an unfinished job. We have all the materials with roughly 50m2 remaining of 110m2 house. There is direct access under the house with reasonable crawl space.

Supply and install ceiling insulation top up to total R4. Currently there is a thin layer approximately R1 of cellulose loose fill over the house. Home is in a single-storey free-standing townhouse, three bedrooms (200 m sq).

Check pics Need to be replaced Removing the rusted metal piece, riveting/sealing the rectangular top of the adapter over your existing gutter drop, dry-fitting and gluing your new 90mm PVC pipes/elbows with plumbing cement, and securing it to the wall with a new pipe clip.
