Scope of Work: Assess all exterior timber gates and identify potential escape points. Supply and install suitable materials to secure the bottom and side gaps of gates. Ensure gates can still be opened and closed with ease after installation. Provide a neat, professional finish that blends with the existing fencing where possible. The primary goal is to create a secure yard enclosure that prevents small dogs from getting out without affecting the usability of the gates.

Need a person more nimble than myself to climb inside the roof and use our battery caulking gun to glue under the beams allowing me to acroprop and screw the ceiling sheets back in to place. I have a room that is being renovated and is half way through construction. I have noticed a seriouse and long term water leak has been happening from the roof into the wall cavity making the wood rott. The inner walls have been removed making it easy to spot the leak. I have an aluminium roof that is a patchwork of interesting decisions. I am looking for someone to come and fix this particular problem and potentially other roof/gutter issues we are having. I put a $250 as the budget because the job could be siliconing the holes that are visible from the inside, however I am very flexabke on price depending on what work is required.
