We recently had the roof gutters and downpipes cleaned, and the handyman identified two issues that need repair: 1. The gutter at the back of the patio does not have the correct fall. It is currently too level, causing water to sit in the gutter instead of draining properly. The gutter may need to be raised or re-angled so water flows toward the downpipe. 2. There are rusted sections near the front of the roof that have formed a few small holes. These areas need to be inspected and repaired or replaced as required. Need a person more nimble than myself to climb inside the roof and use our battery caulking gun to glue under the beams allowing me to acroprop and screw the ceiling sheets back in to place. Should be around 3-4 hours work as I have already started but turns out I hate climbing in and out of the roof

I have a room that is being renovated and is half way through construction. I have noticed a seriouse and long term water leak has been happening from the roof into the wall cavity making the wood rott. The inner walls have been removed making it easy to spot the leak. I have an aluminium roof that is a patchwork of interesting decisions. I am looking for someone to come and fix this particular problem and potentially other roof/gutter issues we are having. I put a $250 as the budget because the job could be siliconing the holes that are visible from the inside, however I am very flexabke on price depending on what work is required.
