With heavy rain water comes in under the back door forming puddles. Not sure if gutters are full and overflowing, or gutters not coping with quantity of rain. Please attend to investigate, clean out gutters and down pipes. Is there weather strip at bottom of back door to prevent water seepage? If not please fit one. Photos attached.
