Need help stopping consistent dripping noise in second floor gutter Water dripping noise caused by either/both of these two spots (see photo - top curve and bottom curve). Most likely the bottom part making constant noise, day and night. Will require clean + fix of just this gutter. Must have tall ladder as it is on the second floor.

Replace a span of guttering. Already have a pre painted span ready to go. There is a pergola adjacent to gutter but access is fine.
