In the corner of two gutters there is pooling of water as the gutter on the side of the house is not pitched to run into the downpipe as per the photos attached. As a result there is damage to our eave. Work required 1. Re-pitch gutter so that it flows to the downpipe in front of the kitchen window. 2. Some of the gutters are leaking water in droplets and requires resealing. The house is double storey.

There is water leaking into the apartment when the rain comes in heavy from an angle where it hits the windows. The leak is coming through via the ground floor windowsill, and I can hear it dripping onto the windowsill frame. I believe it is probably a space or crack in the second story window that needs sealing up. I don’t believe it is a gutter / roof problem as it only happens when the rain comes in at an angle, but if you’re up checking the window it would be good to check the gutter too. Find where it may be leaking and seal it up.

The front end of my gutter sags and fills with water when it rains. The rain water has no where to run so the weight causes the gutter to sag. Needs to be propped up so it no longer sags Gutters are in good condition overall
