The rainwater outlet from the roof has moved on one side of the house and is not fully aligned with the down pipe.

We have noticed a gap between the guttering and the Eaves on both sides which a cat has gone into. We are worried about other animals going in, the cat urinating up there and possible water from rain into ceiling. Can you please see the pictures attached and let us know if this gap is normal? The gutter on the roof of my two-storey town-house appears to have a leak in two places resulting in a steady and loud drip. One point has been circled in the image attached, the other is further down the left hand side at the same height.

The front end of my gutter sags and fills with water when it rains. The rain water has no where to run so the weight causes the gutter to sag. Needs to be propped up so it no longer sags Gutters are in good condition overall
