I’m looking for a licensed tradesperson to replace the gutters and downpipes on my brick clad house in Sunshine. The existing setup is damaged and deteriorating, as shown in the attached photos. I’d like the new installation for entire house to be secure, weather-resistant, and properly aligned to ensure good drainage. The attached photos show the front of the property, but the request is for the entire house (front, sides, and rear). I will upload more pictures when i have them. We've had a building inspector cover to our property and advised that the backyard has inadequate site drainage. Lack of proper drainage has led to water pooling around the foundation of the property. The gutters and down pipes appear to be insufficient in directing water away from the property. Need to advise proper drainage solution to mitigate the issue with inadequate water drainage. Note- this job is only to check the drainage both storm and sewage with a camera and advise what the issue is and solution to it.

Water pipe has fallen apart in 3 pieces, i need a new one put up from the gutter to the water tank and attach to the house wall so it holds strong , i have spare pipe but may need connections

Need help stopping consistent dripping noise in second floor gutter Water dripping noise caused by either/both of these two spots (see photo - top curve and bottom curve). Replace a span of guttering. Already have a pre painted span ready to go. There is a pergola adjacent to gutter but access is fine. Don’t want it patched, want section cut out and new span cut in, ensuring levels are running correct and waterproofed at seams. Around 3.7m to 4m in length Blue arrow in below aerial.
