A recent building inspection noted the pergola currently has no roof plumbing. Photos of the pergola are attached to assist with quoting. The property has been purchased but not yet settled, so no site access is currently available

See image. Graph is only for illustration purposes. Eave has dislodged from aluminium part connected to gutter. The length that needs to be reafixed is roughly 3.5 metres. At the widest part, the gap is around 3 mm. This is a single-level house with easy access to roof cavity (if needed) but space gets very tight at the end of the triangle formed between roof and eave.

We need deck restoration done with deck painted and replace nails with screws . We also need gutter and driveway cleaned.

Downpipe overflows even during light rain. Gutter was recently cleaned, no blockages. The issue seems to be at the junction where the downpipe connects to the gutter outlet. The gutters between the house and verandah are leaking when it rains and needs to be fixed. From what I can tell it needs to be clipped of a clip needs replacement. The old Gas BBQ needs to be removed from the mains gas and the mains gas lead possibly fixed with a converter so we can use on the portable gas BBQ.
