The current slope is incorrect, causing rainwater to accumulate and pool in the corner rather than flowing toward the drain. • Re-pitching Required: The guttering between the two structures needs to be re-aligned/re-pitched to restore a proper fall so water drains efficiently. • Pipe Replacement: I have a section of PVC (6-8 metre) pipe currently acting as a makeshift downpipe. I need this removed and replaced with proper, standard guttering/downpipe materials to match the system.
