Approx 35lm of gutters, rusted and leaking in a handful of spots - need economical fix, such as a waterproofing membrane/bandage or relining with product such as guttsa. Single storey house with flat metal roof. Clean out gutters first Will provide material deemed most suited for use Must have experience doing similar task.

Replace small corner section of gutter which has rusted and leaking. Have removed debris from the area and have a sheet of metal there temporarily.

I'm looking for a roof plumber to fix a garage gutter that is not draining correctly. The gutter appears to have an incorrect fal causing rainwater to pool and overflow into the garage instead of flowing to the down pipe.

Gutter on corner of house requires reseal or replacement. The corner is 3.6m off the ground. If replacement is required there is a join 2m on the left and 6m on the right side I have put $50 as a budget as I have no idea what this will cost and I am after a fair and reasonable obligation free quote.

Roof – Rust is developing on the metal roof. It should be repaired (or sections replaced if needed) to prevent future leaks. Gutters – There is gutter ponding and evidence of leaking gutters. A roof plumber should clean, repair and adjust the fall. Alfresco roof – Timber framing is loose with some bending/sagging. Have a carpenter repair and reinforce it. Surface drainage – The ground at the rear doesn't drain away from the house properly. Improving drainage will help keep moisture away from the foundations and subfloor.

The full length of gutter is approx 9m, there is a part got rusted and need replaced by a new gutter with length of approx 3m. This will connect to the existing gutter that already connected to downpipe. This is a square gutter type. Gutter dimension: height 14cm x width 12cm

Downpipe overflows even during light rain. Gutter was recently cleaned, no blockages. The issue seems to be at the junction where the downpipe connects to the gutter outlet. The gutters between the house and verandah are leaking when it rains and needs to be fixed. From what I can tell it needs to be clipped of a clip needs replacement. The old Gas BBQ needs to be removed from the mains gas and the mains gas lead possibly fixed with a converter so we can use on the portable gas BBQ.
