Hi there, we need someone experienced in roofing to have a look at the back awning of our property as there’s water coming into our kitchen when it rains and also around the back door so I suspect either blocked gutters or a small leak. This happened if few years ago and we had the roof patched. May need to touch up.

I’m putting in a drainage pipe for a patio. There is a guttering drain in the ground that I need the draining pipe connected to, to allow run off Photo attached of the guttering pipe in the ground. I bought a house six months ago. It has a sliding door on the back deck. During heavy rain, the gutters overflow (or wind blows rain onto the door). The water runs straight down the door - filling the tracks of the door and then flooding the inside of the house. Cleaning gutters etc doesn’t help in big storms.
