There are gutter coveres installed on the gutter all around the ceinling our 2 storey home. Teh tasks are a) Uninstall the gutter cover all around the ceiling, by unbolting the bolts on teh gutter covers and safely removing the gutter covers without damaging the roof tiles and the solar panels b) Clean the gutters The top view gives an idea of the size of the roof. One of the photos has the bolts highlighted in red as an example. These panels are along the edge of the entre ceiling.

The facial boards in the pictures of my house need to be removed and replaced. There are three faces as you can see in the photo. The length is roughly (7m +7m) =14 m each face.

Put new downpipe in gutter and connect to stormwater pipe which is almost next to where downpipe will come .Include cost of downpipe and other material

There are 2 downpours that need to be fixed. 1. The downpipe is too short and doesn’t completely connect with the cuff from the gutter. Water sprays out when there is heavy rain. See highlighted area in the photo. 2. Would like to connect this downpipe to the existing storm water pipe via a t-junction. They are about 30-50cm apart and the existing storm water pipe is under the house but it is easy to reach. The opening is around 1m tall. The timber lettuce can just be thrown away. I don’t want it anymore.

Fix gutter . About 10 m of the gutter was removed while fixing fascia. This gutter would join with the old gutter which looks like it’s of type quad .Need to fix it back . And also put a down pipe that would join an existing down pipe before hitting the drain

This leak seems to be related to the gutter nearby. Either water is not draining or it is blocked. Possibly needs new flashing aswell. Video attached. We had a roofer charge us to fix and seems to have completely missed the problem. Would like to FaceTime with you when you’re up on the roof. Before and after pics requested aswell.
