I’m looking for an experienced, suitably qualified roofing maintenance specialist to inspect, clean and rectify the gutter-guard system on our split level home in Brookwater. We recently experienced significant internal water damage after leaves and debris accumulated in a roof valley, causing rainwater to overflow into the ceiling cavity. The internal damage has since been repaired. The roof has existing gutter guards, but subsequent inspections identified problems with the installation and fixings, particularly around the valleys, where debris has been able to enter beneath the mesh. Scope of work: * Thoroughly inspect and clean all roof valleys, gutters, gutter guards and accessible downpipes, removing accumulated leaves and debris. * Inspect the existing gutter-guard installation, including mesh, saddle clips, brackets, fixings and edges. * Supply and install appropriate saddle clips and any additional fixings needed to properly secure the gutter guards. * Rectify areas where the mesh is not correctly fitted against the roof sheeting, particularly where debris can enter beneath it. * Inspect the valley gutter that previously overflowed and ensure water can drain freely without obstruction. * Check the general condition of the Colorbond roof, including flashings, penetrations and other potential water-entry points. * Identify any additional maintenance or repairs needed to reduce the likelihood of future water ingress. * Provide before-and-after photographs and a brief written summary of the work completed and any outstanding recommendations. I’d also be interested in establishing an ongoing arrangement with a reliable local roofing professional for preventative roof and gutter maintenance. Ideally, this would involve scheduled inspections and cleaning every 6–12 months, or more frequently if recommended based on the surrounding trees and debris accumulation.

Gutter cleaning – large low-set home Looking for someone to clean the gutters on a large low-set dual-occupancy home. The house has a tiled roof and access is easy. Gutters mainly contain leaves and general leaf debris. All debris must be removed from the gutters, collected and taken away. Please do not simply throw the gutter debris onto the ground/gardens. The area around the house needs to be left clean and tidy when finished. Would prefer someone experienced in gutter cleaning with their own equipment.

I have been advised there is large amount of mold that has appeared in the property due to ventilation internally but to confirm there are no issues internally I would like a Roof inspection. To happen to make sure there is no where water is entering.
