We’ve noticed a water leak inside our home running down a wall from the ceiling line. We have a tiled roof and the gutters were recently cleaned. Looking to have: • a roof leak inspection and quote for repair, including checking tiles, flashing, valleys, and the area above a window/door? • Repair completed if quote is within budget (ASAP before more rain). Access via roof; assume standard single-storey or safe access. Straightforward job – no major repairs or full roof work. Materials can be supplied by you or quoted (I’ll cover if needed). Every time there is heavy rain I get leakage into my front verandah where it joins the house and also my sunroom at the back of the house…. I need an experienced , competent roofer/gutterer who will know how to correct this problem

Paint 2 strips of wood along second story under gutter, on front and back of house. (So 2 on front, 2 on back) Simple job. Only need help because it’s high up, terracotta tile roof.
