I am in need of a dependable and skilled individual to undertake a comprehensive cleaning task for the gutters and solar panels of my two-story residence. Gutter and Solar Panel Cleaning: Inspect all roof surfaces to identify areas needing attention. Clear all gutters and downpipes of debris, including leaves and twigs. Carefully remove and bag all accumulated debris to ensure a thorough cleanup. Utilize appropriate flushing techniques to clear out gutters and downpipes effectively. Clean all 48 solar panels meticulously to remove dirt, dust, and grime, ensuring optimal energy production.

I need 4 downpipes to be installed. Two of them have to be connected to the existing line. Two of them should be connected to the new charged drainage lines, which has to run uphill to the street kerb. The charged drainage line has to be installed.

Install gutter and flashing on carport roof. Carport is approximately 4.5m x 6.6m. Monument colourbond roof. I have the gutter (correct length) and all the brackets, ends, screws, etc. I don’t have the flashing for other 3 sides however. Hoping you can supply and cut to fit on site. I will do the downpipes after gutter installed. I also have a short section of existing gutter on the house roof which slopes away from the downpipe (was a defect from reno that builder didn’t fix). My property comprises of single storey main house as well as a stand alone granny flat that on posts (as the structure is in a slope). The gutters have gutter guards on them (for the leaves). I would like 90m of diy gutter guardian installed on our roof. I am supplying the product. We currently have scaffold on for a few days so would like it done. I need concrete bedding, waterproofing (and all certificates) and tiling (wall and floor) for my ensuite bathroom. The length is 4.2m plus another 1.2m for the toilet ( 0.87 wide) X 3.2m wide. One side will be all tiles the other is only 2.81m wide factoring in corner walls and wall next to window. With ceiling height 2.33m See attached floor plan for breakdown of room. It is currently being stripped back and roughed in (as in pics) will be ready to bed from mid next week. All tiles are supplied, price includes airtasker fee.
