I am looking for a roof plumber, handyman, or gutter specialist to supply and replace two rusted/damaged downpipes connected to my roof gutters at my property in Wilson, WA. My quote price is placed at the minimum, as I'm looking for offers/quotes, as it's hard to judge pricing these days. The job requires you to supply all necessary new materials (downpipes, brackets, elbows, and sealants) and take care of the full installation. I would like the new downpipes to match the current colour formats as closely as possible. I have attached three photos for reference: • Downpipe 1 (Front/Side Brick Wall): o See photos IMG_2050.jpg and IMG_2051.jpg. o This is a round metal downpipe fixed to a brick wall. It has significant rust and peeling paint. o Requirement: This is a round metal downpipe, but, if necessary, can be converted to a rectangular downpipe; it does need to be in a matching reddish-brown/terracotta colour scheme to match the guttering. • Downpipe 2 (Patio Area): o See photo IMG_2052.jpg. o This is a rectangular downpipe attached to a cream/beige coloured patio structure. o Requirement: Needs to be replaced with a rectangular profile downpipe in a matching cream/classic cream colour. I dug a hole for a couple of soakwells and as I was digging a channel from the downpipe I discovered a large pipe which appears to connect to at least one maybe two downpipes. Can this be connected to, instead of the soakwells?

A 2-3 metre section of guttering needs replacement and a downpipe is full of leaves that needs unblocking. Obviously this needs an inspection to quote appropriately so this task is just to quote on the job that needs doing. An inspection may reveal additional work may be required. Unfortunately I cannot provide photos as I am not in WA.

Looking for someone to replace x2 downpipes. One will require cutting to fit the offset to the box gutter then angled to pool in the garden bed (see picture) and the others a bit more complicated as will require moving roof tiles to replace rusted out pipe that can also be seen in picture.

Last year multiple downpipes caused a minor overfill into my house because of an incline and no drainage in front of the windows and door the water came through. Looking for an experienced handyman / drainage-experienced tradie to extend existing stormwater downpipes so water is directed further away from the base of the house, plus one detached games room. There are 5 downpipes total: • 3 along the driveway side wall – One already has a soakwell/bucket with drainage gravel installed. This one just needs an extension pipe running neatly into the hole in the grate sitting on the bucket. – The other two need simple, effective extensions to carry water further away from the house (open to your recommendation on best approach). • 1 downpipe on the opposite side of the house – Currently discharges onto a concrete slab and runs into a garden bed where the ground level rises slightly. Needs a practical solution to redirect water away. • 1 downpipe at the rear (white) servicing a detached games room – Same aim: divert water away from the structure. – Also need to repair/patch a small hole near the end of the existing pipe, as shown in the photos. Rust at the lower ends of the pipes has already been addressed on all but one (can sort beforehand if needed). A Holman PVC pipe (shown in the photos, including one photo on its own) is shown attached to one of the house downpipes. This is representative of all of them, as the perimeter is slightly larger than the end of the existing house pipes. It appears to be approximately the same size as the white downpipe, which is also shown. All materials, fittings, pipes and gravel to be supplied by you. I’m keen for this to be done properly, using correctly sized and compatible fittings, and am happy to follow your advice on the most sensible and durable solution for each location.
