Downpipe of the gutter need fixing.

Downpipe in my backyard that drains garage roof is completely blocked with soil/leaves/etc, builder never put a grill on it. The pipe runs ~3 metres down. A possum has taken a liking to the space as well. I need the pipe vacuumed out and a new grill to prevent further blockages.

Water is leaking from a section of downpipe (see photos). It looks like the joints are not sealed properly and water is running down the outside of the pipe, staining the wall. Job requirements: Inspect the downpipe and connection to the gutter. Repair or replace damaged/leaking section. Ensure the joints are sealed properly and water flows through the pipe without leaking. Clean up any mess after the job. Access is straightforward from ground and first floor balcony. Please bring your own tools and materials (replacement section, sealant, etc.).
