Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with assembling flat-pack sheds to build an EasyShed in my backyard. I’ve posted this job before and was waiting on the slab pour, we are ready to go now! Shed details: • Brand: EasyShed • Model: 2.25m x 3m Gable Roof Shed • Steel flat-pack kit • Instructions provided Site details: • The shed will be installed on a concrete slab (date TBA) • Easy backyard access • All shed parts will be on site ready for assembly What I need: • Full assembly of the shed according to manufacturer instructions • Ensure it is properly secured to the slab • Installer to bring their own tools. I will supply concrete fixings I’d also like a small bead of silicone added under the base rails for waterproofing if possible. A van conversion needs wall and roof panels installed will be cut to size ready to fit but some additional work to en sure good fit .

Needing to connect 3 downpipes into storm water

I have a room that is being renovated and is half way through construction. I have noticed a seriouse and long term water leak has been happening from the roof into the wall cavity making the wood rott. The inner walls have been removed making it easy to spot the leak. I have an aluminium roof that is a patchwork of interesting decisions. I am looking for someone to come and fix this particular problem and potentially other roof/gutter issues we are having. I put a $250 as the budget because the job could be siliconing the holes that are visible from the inside, however I am very flexabke on price depending on what work is required.

And if yes, sign off that it meets these requirements on a Form 12 (Aspect Inspection Certificate) (as a QBCC licensed roofing contractor or licensed builder). I have a very small leak on my living room. Looking for someone who can fix it before it gets worse

Noticed a small leak coming from lounge room ceiling, insurance won’t cover the repair as the damage is from poor workmanship from before we purchased the house. Seeking a qualified and insured roof plumber to fix the leak/leaks. Roof is sheet metal where the leak is believed to be coming from, the rest of the roof is decramastic roof, however I don’t believe the leak to be coming from that part of the roof.
