RE-POINTING REPAIRS Grind back ridge cap edges to provide clean continuous surface for flexible pointing to bond to and drill to clear through all weep holes where applicable. Supply and install adhesive mechanical fastener/ flexible pointing compound in accordance with standards AS4046.8-2015. Flexible pointing required to be colour matched to 154 ridge caps. Install all weep holes where required. Conduct thorough inspection to ensure a strong bond has formed around flexing pointing sealing all ridge capping. GUTTER REPLACEMENT Remove and dispose of all existing gutters. Re-secure fascia with 75mm bugle head batten screws. Re-fall to existing down pipe locations. Supply and install BlueScope Colorbond 150 Squareline or similar Rivet and seal to ensure watertight. DOWN PIPE INSTALLATION Remove and dispose of 4 x down pipes. Supply and install 4 x 90mm PVC round down pipes. WASTE REMOVAL Remove and dispose of all associated rubbish from site INSURANCE - for all the work EXTERNAL Carpentry 100% owned Remove 1.5lm of timber fence and gate 1.2lm 100% owned supply and install 1.5lm of timber fence and gate 1.2lm 50% owned shared boundary remove 6lm fence 50% owned shared boundary supply and install 6lm fence Internal walls and ceiling paint. I have just had an NBN technician attend my property that I’ve just moved into as we are wanting to get connected. When the technician attended, he advised that the existing Telstra box where the connection comes to is on the opposite side of the house to where the preferred location for the NBN would be. He mentioned that the roof space would be too small for him to fit up there to feed the connection through to the preferred location and has advised hiring a sparky. What was advised is to feed a conduit through the roof (on top of the roof by taking off the tiles to create the path to go) from the existing Telstra box to the new desired location. Additionally, I have been advised that when the NBN tech re-attends, he will need to still pull through some cables, so don’t use sharp bends, if possible, but use bigger bends/sweepers. I have also attached a photo of the house plans (blue X is desired location, red X is current Telstra box) and some photos of the location of the existing Telstra box, the roof space/tile area, and the desired location. I am hoping that with these pictures and understanding of what is needed that there can be a rough cost of how much this would be.

Both are above-ground PVC pipes and easily accessible — no digging required. --- 1️⃣ Garage downpipe – rear corner of garage PVC downpipe joint at the top elbow/horizontal section is leaking and showing mould. Likely cause: poor seal or misalignment at the elbow joint. Task: Inspect the joint and reseal or replace fittings as needed. Check that the short horizontal run has adequate fall for drainage. Ensure water discharges cleanly away from the garage wall/slab. Access: from ground level, right-hand rear corner of garage (see attached photo). --- 2️⃣ Under-house PVC drain (approx. 3 m run) Horizontal pipe under the house is installed flat with no fall. Task: Re-hang or re-support the pipe to achieve correct gradient (about 10–20 mm per metre). Supply new brackets/hangers as required. Confirm clear flow by running water through the pipe before completion. Good crawl-space access available.
