I have a flat roof that I’d like pressure washed and gutters cleaned. The gutters are meshed over and may need to be removed in order to clean them. Also I have 1 skylight that I would like re flashed and a vent that I’d like resealed. These are maintence jobs I have to do before insurance will send their trades to repair other damage to the roof In a small section. Are you able to give me an idea what this would cost?

We’re looking for someone to remove and replace 2 internal (90 degree) angles from our gutter. Good access from deck. We have the two new angles - they just need to be installed and the old ones removed.
